In 2023, the Optima beauty and care retail chain has 90 stores in 4 regions of the Russian Federation – Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, Tatarstan, Perm Krai.
The history of Optima company began in 1993 with a distribution network. In 1995, Optima was among the first in Udmurtia to sign contracts for the supply of goods with multinational companies Gillette, L'Oreal, Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble. And 5 years later it became the largest distributor in the region for the sale of perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals, hygiene and tights.
The first round of transformations of the company occurred in 2002, when, after a thorough analysis of the market and the practice of Western companies, it was decided to open its own retail store. The business models of such major German retail players as DM, Rossman, Schlecker became a model for creating a drogeri network in the form in which it exists now.
In 2017, the result of many months of cooperation with the British agency identica was the development and launch of the beauty format of Optima stores (there was a partial beautification of the drogerie network), designed for shopping center customers, taking into account their orientation to emotional shopping. Thanks to the launch of online stores, our network operates as an omnichannel product, enabling customers to choose a convenient way for their purchases. Since 2018, a loyalty program has been launched, which allows us to more clearly track the customer's path and various patterns of behavior, personalize marketing tools.
