On February 9, a strategic session of sales directors of retail chains that are part of the Drogerie Union was held in Moscow.
The colleagues discussed the development of the product strategy of the Drogerie Union and retail chains. The most successful chains shared their experience in managing high-margin unique products in their companies, ranging from goal setting to IT and sales support.
Each participant's presentation was accompanied by scribing technology to highlight key points, and the presentations were memorable both visually and emotionally.
