On November 16-17, a regular General Meeting was held in Moscow, where the first persons of the shareholders and partners of the Drogerie Union were present.
The first day was dedicated to strategy, where we detailed the opportunities and required improvements to the Drogerie Union product strategy, which supports the development of sales of high-margin unique products in retail chains. Retail chains with the best performance shared their experience in managing and achieving such results. On the second day, we summed up the results of 10 months of work in 2023 in all areas: OEM, foreign trade, operating activities, sales development. As a result, the main priorities and focuses of the company's attention for 2024 were recorded.
In the Union there is a tradition of actively completing the meetings of the participants. This time we prepared a team curling game for our colleagues at the Moscow Curling Club! Everyone received wonderful emotions and impressions and left with well-deserved awards!
