On 25-26 May 2023, the annual meeting of Logistics Leads of the Drogerie Union retail chains was held in Barnaul.
We would like to thank Novex Company, which acted as a host, for organizing a tour of its warehouse complex for the guests, telling about process automation and employment of advanced equipment, and for sharing their practical experience.
Various logistics-related issues were discussed at the meeting, such as dealing with Internet orders, optimization of processes, working with 3PL providers, employment of reusable containers and others.
Professional community is a perfect platform for further experience sharing and cooperation between logistics experts. The event was a success and benefited all its participants and contributed to the logistics development of all Drogeri Union member companies.
