Colleagues discussed the development of the product strategy of the Drogerie Union and retail chains, dived into the plans for the development of STM for 2025 - 2027.
The largest chains shared their product category development strategy on the example of their companies:

- Alexey Vidyakin, TS VPROK (Naberezhnye Chelny)
- Elena Martynova, TC Seven+Ya (Samara)
- Svetlana Marusova, TC CHUDODEI (Vadivostok)
- Olga Mansurova, TC LAMEL (Ekaterinburg)
- Kudrin Mikhail, TS OPTIMA (Izhevsk).
The participants of the meeting actively discussed issues related to increasing sales of own brands, also discussed the development of categories through trend segments.
At the end of the meeting the participants took part in the business game “The Way of the Hero”.
This game allowed everyone
- take a different look at their current tasks and goals;
- to understand at what stage of their path to the goal they are on;
- determine what steps are necessary to harmoniously pass this stage;
- see the pitfalls that may be along the way;
- figure out how to use less energy while overcoming obstacles more successfully;
